What started as a vehicle fire on I25 between MM73 & MM74, South of Hwy 165, at Colorado City in southern Pueblo County has burned multiple residences in a trailer home community as you can see in this video shared with Peaks2Plains Weather.
As of this writing no injuries have been reported. Please join us in standing with those that are dealing with the fire on this Sunday evening and those responding to it.
There may be a few thunderstorms to the east of the area overnight. Breezes have decreased late in the evening behind earlier northeast wind as a cold front moved in. Wind should be below 12mph through early Monday morning unless a storm forms closer to the fire than is currently expected.
