Peaks2Plains Weather provides hyper local and regional weather information for the greater Pikes Peak region, all of southern Colorado, and other parts of the state and nation. You may view, download, and share content from our Services for personal, non commercial use only. Any other use, including reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation, is prohibited without prior written permission from Meister Media Enterprises, LLC.

These Services are intended for informational, educational, and community engagement purposes. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of our Services at any time.

Overview of Our Services

Peaks2Plains Weather provides weather focused digital services through our website, mobile apps, connected TV channels, and social platforms. Services include, but are not limited to:

• Sponsored and advertiser supported weather segments

• You grant Peaks2Plains Weather a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty free, perpetual license to use, edit, reproduce, display, and distribute your content across any platform, including broadcast, web, app, and social media.
• You waive any right to compensation for its use.
• You will not submit content that is defamatory, harmful, unlawful, or infringes on another person’s rights.

We reserve the right to decline, edit, or remove User Content at our discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

Advertising and Sponsorship

Peaks2Plains Weather is supported by community advertisers and sponsors. Sponsored forecasts and advertisements will be clearly identified.

We are not responsible for:

• The accuracy of advertiser claims
• Any products or services offered by sponsors
• Any losses, damages, or issues resulting from interactions with advertisers

All transactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our content, forecasts, and weather alerts are provided “as is” for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, weather conditions can change rapidly. Peaks2Plains Weather does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, completeness, or reliability of any forecast, data, or alert.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Peaks2Plains Weather forecasts are not official emergency notifications. Always follow official guidance from the National Weather Service, NOAA, or local emergency authorities. Have multiple ways to receive official weather watches and warnings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meister Media Enterprises, LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and partners are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from:

• Use of our forecasts or information
• Delays, inaccuracies, or data errors
• Technical issues, outages, or interruptions
• Your reliance on weather content or alerts

Use of our Services is entirely at your own risk.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Meister Media Enterprises, LLC and its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising from:

• Your use or misuse of our Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of third party rights

Privacy

Minors

Our user generated content features are intended for individuals 16 and older.

Users under 16 may only use Peaks2Plains Weather with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
