Recently I learned about the Trailability program from El Paso County Parks, making the outdoors accessible to all residents. I spoke with Theresa Odello, who told me that sign ups for this season are underway! The program is in its fifth year and three parks now serve as locations where all can get outside for experiences and relationship.
