Check this out…here’s a look at the record high for each month of the year in Colorado Springs. Notice that in March it is 81° – It was set on March 26th in 1971. I think we are going to be above that for four or maybe five days in a row starting Thursday!

A look at all-time hourly records in March is interesting too. The air will be dry enough that I think many of the night-time hourly records after about 10pm are probably safe, but the dry air warms up fast and many of these hourly day time records are going to go down. This gives even more perspective on how strong the incoming ridge is!
