I just wanted to put a quick thought here about the process of building out Peaks2Plains Weather. There is so much happening all at once right now between the app, 24/7 channel, website, and the tools that are available, and required in some cases, to help local businesses get their word out on my different platforms. There are accounts I need from Google and Apple to publish an app that can’t be approved until there is a domain, website, and emails on the domain for the business. Hard to have things under wraps until your launch day when these huge companies need live and active pages to see what your privacy policy is, terms of use are, etc.
One of the reasons I’ve made this change is to learn. I already know there is nothing like the learning that happens as a new business owner. I’m having so much fun though building Peaks2Plains for my community. Doing weather in a whole new way – whenever the weather is happening and wherever people are. I’m pumped!
