You’ve still got some time when you get home from work to help your plants, bushes, and trees out to make it through tonight’s hard freeze. On Thursday I ran over to Heidrich’s Colorado Tree Farm Nursery where they were making preps for the teens and 20s tonight into early Saturday morning.
Here are some quick tips from Levi Heidrich: move them in if you can, cover, and hydrate! Expect some of the leafy green that has come out to turn “black and crispy”, fall off, then grow back. It looks like we’re going to get a reset in the yard.
