Early low clouds over parts of the plains will clear through mid-morning as drier air moves in from the west. By the afternoon dewpoint temps have fallen from the mid-50s to the 30s in La Junta. This developing dryline may help fire up a storm late in the day over the far eastern counties.
Everyone else looks to be dry today. Wind increases out of the west over the mountains in response to a system taking shape over the Pacific NW….air coming into Colorado from the deserts will help a few spots on the plains along the river approach or hit 100° Sunday afternoon.
