LESS WIND SUNDAY: Wind picks up on Monday out of the west and that one sharp difference increases fire danger. My friends at US National Weather Service Pueblo Colorado rightfully have a Fire Weather Watch up for Monday, they’ll upgrade it to Red Flag Warning – probably in the middle of our Sunday. Be on the lookout for that here. Gusts Monday will be between 25-40mph over the mountains and slopes and 20-25mph east of the Rockies in the afternoon.
